The first word that came to mind when I photographed this the other day was "eclipse".
Mackenzie and her brother and cousin were playing with a stethoscope listening to each others' hearts and diagnosing their problem (ha)...She was lying down waiting to hear the diagnosis. I stood over her and took the photo.
She looks a little apprehensive to hear their diagnosis and prognosis for recovery.
The yellow easter bucket in the corner of the photo was sitting on the bed and just included itself in the picture.
It looks like the moon is heading towards her and will eclipse her face soon.
I and my camera are the earth.
So in order of importance
Sun - Mac
Moon - Easter bucket
Earth - My camera and I
ha!

Brilliant! No pun intended! :-)
I'm pretty sure Kenzie has made up her mind that if the diagnosis is too awful, she WILL get a second opinion. ;)
Yes, as Enocia says, "Brilliant!"
thanks you two!
Yes she does look cynical, apprehensive, etc. I'm sure a second opinion is in order.
Liked your pun Enocia. Now off to read what you have been up to.
Ha! I love this, Sandy. It makes perfect sense to me. :)
